Established in the year 1976, with over 40 years of experience, Chawla Architectural and Engineering Consultancy has completed and executed a wide range of projects in the region. We build commercial, industrial and living spaces that are aesthetically pleasing and scientifically astute.
We have completed projects in all areas of Dubai and parts of other Emirates too. As we have an unlimited license we can conceptualize, build and supervise any kind of project. Over our 40+ years in the market we have successfully completed various high rise towers, hospitals, schools, villas, and communities.
Some of our most prestigious projects till date are: Welcare Hospital, Indian High School, India Club, Naffco warehouse, Apple warehouse, Max & Aegle Gym & Guiness world record winning GEEPAS Tower.

Chawla Architects and Consulting Engineers began in 1976 in Dubai with a group of 4 employees. Today we have over 55 employees in various departments. Our organic growth has happened simultaneously with the growth of Dubai. Our departments are led by highly experienced individuals who have been in the Emirates for over 2 decades.
